I upgraded to a studio suite from a deluxe room and was amazed by the transition through the curtain into the bedroom which turned out to be a Deluxe Suite with a separate lounge area, large bathroom with vanity, shower, separate tub, and a large walk-in closet. Utilizing the 'club' option was definitely worth it!

The staff at this hotel are among the best hoteliers in Thailand. From the concierge on the 7th floor to all the courteous staff members, their service was amazing, very helpful, and truly added to the wonderful experience.
